Cascade Bar and Courtyard, a space designed for after work drinks, lunches, casual dining, functions, and live music from a range of talented musicians. It's the perfect place to meet up for drinks before or after dining at Soul Quarter if you're looking for a more formal experience, or to catch up with friends over tapas, burgers and fried chicken waffles.

We're advocates for real craft beer, brewed well and served as real pints, with happy hour as an after work bonus. As well the classics, we specialise in our own custom designed cocktails, created using premium ingredients and our team’s extensive international cocktail experience, with seasonal menu changes to keep things interesting. The wine and craft beer list has some of the best wines our region has to offer, a great range from further afield, including premium champagne bottles and specially selected craft beer. 

The menu is based around sharing plates and light meals for a casual dining experience with comfortable booth seating inside, quieter, group, and function seating upstairs overlooking the fairy lights, or a sunny seat in the sheltered courtyard. The glass entrance lobby on High Street blocks the wind to the courtyard, creating a sheltered and inviting space for outside dining or after work drinks, with outdoor heaters for cooler days and nights.
